Spent: $1.69 total after tax ... this was my warm-up

THEN... on the Kroger
They are having a P&G sale. buy 4 get $4 off!

Bounty paper towel roll $1.65 - $1.00 coupon = $.65

Herbal Essences shampoo $2.99 - $1 sale -$.50 coupon = $1.49

Gillette body wash (x2) $2.99 ea -$1 ea sale - $2 ea coupon = $-.01 ea

Febreeze air freshener $2.99 - $1 sale - $1 coupon = $.99

Beechnut Toddler food $2.79 - free item coupon = free!

Spent $2.99 after tax (saved $16.38)

and then I remembered one more thing ...

Dial Soap $.88 w/ card -$.35 coupon doubled = $.18

spent $.22!! saved $1.15

YAY!!!!



CVS Sopping today!

CVS has their small bottles of dawn on sale for .99!! I had $1 off coupons for the hand renewal dawn... FREE :) plus I got a trial size of panteen hair spray for $.27 w/ my $1 off coupon.

I'm really starting to understand why people coupon like this! It's awesome walking out with stuff for practically FREE!!!!

First Couponing Trip!

Well, today I went to Wal-mart simply for diapers ... I then decided I was going to look through my coupons and see what I could score. I didn't have a huge amount of time, so I was really just skimming Wal-mart for there sale tags. I ended up with a small bottle of gain dish soap and a 3 pack of Noxzema bikini trim razors for about $.50 total!!

Soap $.97 - $.50 coupon = $.47
Razors $1.97 - $2 coupon = FREE!! :) plus the extra 3 cents applied to the other item!! :)
